2017 Summer Research Symposium

Welcome to the Registration site for the WV-INBRE Summer Research Symposium. Your registration is free and includes all meals for the conference.

Dates:  July 27, 2017 (Registration Deadline is July 17, 2017)
Location: Marshall University in Huntington, WV
Hotel Information: If you need a hotel room, please make your reservation at the Holiday Inn Hotel (1-877-410-6667 or 1-304-523-8880) as soon as possible. Due to budgetary issues, everyone needs to share a room, so pick your roommate and then call to make your reservation. The hotel releases our room block on July 7th, 2017. When making your reservation, please ask for the WV-INBRE room block.
Reception: There will be a reception on Wednesday July 26, 6 – 8 pm, in the Lobby of the Frederick Building. The Frederick Building is within walking distance of the Holiday Inn Hotel.

Posters: If you are presenting a poster, keep in mind the size of the poster boards that will be used in the symposium: 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall. On the day of the symposium, please set your poster up in the Don Morris Room of the Memorial Student Center before 9:00 AM. Pushpins will be provided.
